The US Postal Service earned a profit of $179 million last December. However, it lost $297 million during the first quarter of its 2010 fiscal year.
 

Razorfish unveils healthcare practice

Interactive agency Razorfish introduced a dedicated healthcare division on March 1. Known as Razorfish Health, the practice is based in Philadelphia and led by GM Katy Thorbahn. It is the second interactive health practice owned by Publicis Groupe, joining Digitas Health.
 

Omnicom launches Retail 3 agency

Omnicom Group unveiled its newest agency, known as Retail 3, this week. Launched February 1, the Troy, MI-based firm offers direct, creative, digital and media capabilities to retail clients. Harold Kobakof, former chief retail officer at BBDO Detroit, is leading the agency.
 

NYTimes.com, RMG launch digital out-of-home partnership

'The New York Times' began distributing content through 850 digital out-of-home screens in coffee shops, cafes and airport newsstands on March 1. The partnership with RMG Networks, a video entertainment and media company, is targeting five cities: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston.
 

Quad/Graphics to buy minority stake in HGI Company

Catalog, magazine and retail insert printer Quad/Graphics will purchase a minority interest in HGI Company, a commercial printer. Financial terms of the deal, announced March 1, were not disclosed.
