With ClickSquared, the Kahala will focus on database and e-mail marketing to create personalized interactive communications for its guests, based on their individual preferences.
M Financial Group has shifted its CRM functions into E-Z Data's hosted SmartOffice platform. Member firms of the national financial services organization will now use SmartOffice practice management and data tools.
