Volkswagen names Draftfcb its CRM AOR

Volkswagen of America named Interpublic Group's Draftfcb its agency of record for CRM on February 17. The agency, hired after a review, will take over duties previously handled by Crispin Porter & Bogusky and Euro RSCG Worldwide.
 

Havas' Euro RSCG, Arnold name CEOs

Havas Worldwide agencies Arnold and Euro RSCG both named new CEOs on February 17. Pete Zillig, former president of global brands for Euro RSCG Worldwide, was named co-CEO of Euro RSCG New York. He will replace Andrew Benett, who was named global CEO of sister agency Arnold.
 

Levy vows to grow Publicis' digital share amid revenue drop

Holding company Publicis Groupe reported $6.1 billion in revenue for 2009, representing a 6.5% drop from the year before. However, Maurice Levy, CEO of Publicis, said on a conference call that his company is not backing down from its digital growth goals.
 

Asthma nonprofit launches awareness, treatment PSA during Olympics

The nonprofit Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) has launched a PSA-centered effort to raise awareness of the two main causes of asthma, airway constriction and inflammation. The campaign, which has financial and editorial support from pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline, features TV spots, a microsite, e-mail newsletters and social media.
 

Privacy group files FTC complaint about Google Buzz

The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), a consumer privacy advocacy group, has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about Google Buzz.
 

Schwedelson named Worldata president, CEO
